Philip Housden - Director

Philip Housden formed Housden Group in 2006 to support clients from across the healthcare industry.

Successful projects have been delivered for private sector and NHS clients, and also for GPs and hospital consultants working in ‘chambers’ groups. See our Case Study links on the home page.

Philip has a wide breadth and depth of industry experience gained over more than 20 years in healthcare. Initially an NHS graduate trainee, Philip held a number of senior operational roles and Health Authority board positions before completing a Henley MBA.

After joining Bupa, Philip managed several hospitals including Portsmouth, Reading, Farnham and latterly Southampton, achieving financial turnaround and strong commercial growth.
